The QM Rating is a composite history of how a service provider, or buyer, has been evaluated by other users. Overall rating statistics will be shown for buyers and service providers. Service providers and buyers are rated 1-10 for an overall rating: Areas such as quality of work and timeliness of work should be considered in the overall rating. Our system recognizes 10 as being excellent and goes down to 1 as being not acceptable (see below).
Values for Rating Providers
Quality
- 9 -10 = Excellent quality - Highly recommend
- 7 - 8 = Good quality - would use again
- 5 - 6 = Average quality - might use again
- 3 - 4 = Fair quality - would only use in a pinch
- 1 - 2 = Poor quality - would not use again
While we ask raters to remain as subjective as possible, it is understood that ratings may at times be more objective.
A QM Rating of N/R means the provider has not been rated.
Values for Rating Buyers
QM Ratings for buyers are similar and are rated with only one overall rating.
Overall
- 9 -10 = Very good - would definitely bid on future projects
- 7 - 8 = Good - would bid on future projects
- 5 - 6 = Average - might bid on future projects
- 3 - 4 = Fair quality - would only bid under certain conditions
- 1 - 2 = Poor quality - would not bid on their project again
Buyers and sellers will receive a Quality Market Rating questionnaire from WorkPilot for each project invoicing.
