WorkPilot.com is a customizable application. You will have your own instance of the application to keep data separate and allow for us to tailor functionality to match your work flow. The setup fee and monthly hosting and licensing fee is based on the number of properties and the number of users.

Setup Fee: $75 per property

Includes:
  • Import building data
  • Import all tenant data
  • Customize logo and color scheme for the management company
  • Web training and support

Monthly Licensing: $9.50/property

Quarterly billing per individual property for easy inclusion in operating costs and/or CAM

WorkPilot.com is a direct tenant benefit, the small cost is an operating expense and may be passed through to the building tenants through operating costs or CAM charges
